People can currently access peer-led support in a number of ways through one-to-one face to face, over
        
        
          the telephone or via email, and through a range of support groups. We asked people what type of
        
        
          support they currently accessed.
        
        
          To understand people’s perceptions of the support interventions we asked people how useful each
